The role includes providing direct occupational therapy to children, following established treatment plans, and collaborating with a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is a licensed CA COTA with pediatric experience, comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to communicate well with families,

Qualifications

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children following documented treatment plans or protocols.
• Document patient performance such as tallying data.
• Commit to maintain professional standards and continue education as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to children following treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to increase independence.
• Document patient performance and progress.
• Prepare therapy materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Adapt materials/equipment to patient needs.
• Collaborate with team across disciplines.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Design home exercise programs for after discharge.
