Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is actively seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric OT services in home health settings. Roles include PRN, part-time, and full-time positions across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically prescribed OT services under OT supervision for pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patients and caregivers in prescribed tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Maintain caseload with appropriate productivity and documentation.
• Coordinate patient care with supervisor and office staff across disciplines.
• Communicate progress, problems, and home programs with OT supervisor.
• Maintain timely documentation and assist with supplies and equipment.
