MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA seeks a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This role offers the chance to apply specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary setting and contribute to children’s health.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state or MLS.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC or equivalent, as required by facility or department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
