Job summary

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network. This 0.9 FTE, day-shift position leverages a multidisciplinary approach to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by facility.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff and health-care team.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
