Qualifications

• RN license from Texas Board required.
• 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Advanced Life Support within 6 months or BLS within 1 month of hire.
• PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RN team operations by coordinating staffing and workflow to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Assess patient care needs and coordinate direct assignments for diverse patients.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
• Ensure daily service line needs are met and support safety and quality initiatives.
