Nexus Children’s Hospital – Dallas is seeking an experienced Nursing House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and hospital oversight during the night shift. Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited nursing program is required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, including at least two years in leadership or supervisory role.
• At least one to two years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site nursing and administrative resource during assigned night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff across all units.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed management to support safe, timely patient care.
• Assess patient acuity and adjust staffing assignments and resources to meet changing needs.
• Participate in clinical rounds, support escalation of care, and coordinate responses to emergencies and critical incidents.
