Ascension's Dell Children’s Center North in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated RN for pediatric acute care. You will deliver hands-on direct care, administer treatments, and partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges and optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and preferred PALS. This is a day-shift, full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits and growth support.

Qualifications

• RN credential from the Texas Board of Nursing required before hire/date of transfer.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and execute medical orders following safety guidelines.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient conditions and promptly alert the medical team to status changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and specialists to manage treatment plans and prepare patients for safe discharges.
