RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Children's Oncology Department at the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital on the New Brunswick campus. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with a BSN and pediatric RN experience preferred.

Active NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, PALS, and APHON chemotherapy certification are required. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a high-demand academic health system.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; 1 year of Pediatric RN experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills; Active New Jersey RN License; PALS, APHON Chemotherapy certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and medical errors.
• Know the patient population served.
• Supervise and direct delegation to team members.
