Qualifications

• BSN required; one year of Pediatric RN experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with computers.
• Active New Jersey RN license; BLS and ACLS certification; PALS required; APHON chemotherapy certification

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members; collaborate with care providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes; manage care plans.
• Utilize nursing process to address patient needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
