Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC in Louisville, KY is seeking an Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our center and to support daily operations for families, patients and staff.

You will handle front-desk duties, coordinate with Billing, HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, maintain attendance, and help ensure a compassionate, organized environment while supporting a dedicated pediatric care team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple software platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification and TB (PPD) test required.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to families and visitors
• Answering phones and assisting with family communication
• Supporting our nursing leadership with administrative tasks
• Managing employee and client attendance
• Coordinating with Billing, HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, and other support teams
