The Kidz Club PPEC is seeking an organized Office Coordinator to keep operations smooth while supporting our team, families, and patients in a compassionate pediatric care setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong computer and communication skills, experience in a medical or office environment, and the ability to learn multiple software platforms. This is a full-time role with benefits in a nurturing, patient-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or office experience
• Proficient computer and communication skills
• Willingness to learn multiple software platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Current negative TB (PPD) test
• Ability to interact warmly and effectively with children of all ages

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to families and visitors
• Answer phones and assist with family communication
• Support nursing leadership with administrative tasks
• Manage attendance for employees and clients
• Coordinate with Billing, HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing and other teams
• Help create a positive, organized environment for everyone
• Be willing to step in wherever you're needed
