Job summary

Cortica is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team in a pediatric setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

Responsibilities include collaboration with a transdisciplinary team, in-clinic and telehealth sessions, and thorough documentation. The role emphasizes neurodiversity affirming care and family education.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestrictive OT license in the state of practice.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• First aid/CPR training.
• TB clearance.
• Safety training within first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to obtain licensure in other states Cortica operates.
• Appreciation for a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
• Passion for working with children.
• Prefer knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration and motor disorders in children.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Provide in-clinic and telehealth therapy sessions.
• Document accurately within Cortica’s timeframes.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies and generalization.
• Participate in rounds and trainings.
