Job summary

High Point Regional Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to join our rehab team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain daily living skills.

You will maintain documentation, collaborate with physicians and staff, and participate in quality improvement efforts. Relocation assistance is available and sign-on bonus eligible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state (North Carolina).
• CPR certification at Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats patients using established OT protocols and goals.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and communicates progress to patients and families.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensures compliance with policies and department standards; contributes to quality of care.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
