Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for the High Point Medical Center Outpatient Rehabilitation in High Point, NC. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a $38.20–$57.30 hourly pay range and a $7,500 relocation package for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in North Carolina.
• CPR certification (BLS Level C).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment.
• Ensure evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and aligned with standards.
• Develop treatment plans with realistic goals and sound clinical judgment.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ICD-10 coding as appropriate.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff regarding care plans.
• Maintain productivity and participate in process improvements to enhance quality.
