Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates patient abilities and daily living impacts.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment based on evaluation results.
• Provides and/or fabricates assistive devices and/or splints to enhance patient independence.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans; reports to physicians and team.
• Records patient care and progress; completes daily statistics and scheduling.
