KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy, evaluate needs, and guide families on therapy tasks to maximize independence.

The role requires a Master's in OT, valid state licensure, CPR, and driver’s license, with pediatric/home health experience preferred. We offer a supportive team and comprehensive benefits to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in the home health setting.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
