Advocate Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the 24-hour-per-week outpatient pediatric and adult behavioral health program. This part-time position involves evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering therapeutic activities.

You will work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid meal break daily. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates patient abilities and impact on daily living.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements individualized treatment; fabricates assistive devices as needed.
• Monitors outcomes, updates physicians, and coordinates with the care team.
• Completes documentation per policy, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Maintains productivity standards and ensures safety and infection control.
