THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to deliver home-based OT services. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs for children in their homes, coordinating with families and medical teams to support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
• Collaborate with agency providers to coordinate care and complete weekly visits.
• Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies and applicable home-health pediatric OT regulations.
