Job summary

THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team, focused on compassionate, family-centered therapy. You will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and other therapists to optimize outcomes in the child's natural environment.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with demonstrated reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients’ medical neighborhoods and coordinate care with providers.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality care.
