Qualifications
- Active Texas OT license required.
- Experience with pediatric home-based therapy preferred.
- Ability to use common workplace technology such as laptop, phone, email, and browsers.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers and coordinate care within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
- Complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric OT.
