THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based services across Texas families. You will evaluate children, design and implement therapy plans, and partner with families to foster growth and independence in familiar settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and care teams, ongoing documentation, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards to deliver high-quality pediatric OT in patients' homes.

• Active Texas OT license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines; complete required visits weekly.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Comply with agency policies, rules and regulations for home-health therapy.
