Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Malvern, PA seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients from birth to 17 years. The role collaborates with a busy therapy team, provides family education, and participates in clinic- and early-intervention programs.

Responsibilities include therapy interventions, timely documentation, and coordination with medical staff. Requires PA OT license, dual DE licensure, and AOTA affiliation preferred; BLS within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• PA OT license required upon hire.
• Dual licensure with Delaware required within 2 weeks of acceptance.
• AOTA or state association membership preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and interventions.
• Provides documentation, education to parents/caregivers, and care coordination.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and outside agencies.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission/CARF standards.

Education

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

PA Occupational Therapy License

Dual licensure (PA/DE)

AOTA membership preferred

BLS certification within 6 months
