Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) for a split role between Malvern and Glen Mills, PA. The position covers pediatrics and adolescents, with clinic-based services and early intervention involvement.

Requires a Master's in OT, PA license, and dual Delaware licensure. BLS and HIPAA compliance are mandatory, with ongoing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program is required.
• PA OT license must be secured on hire; Delaware license is required for cross-state practice.
• Dual licensure with Delaware is expected within 2 weeks of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention for ages birth to 17.
• Deliver clinic-based and early intervention services per program guidelines.
• Document promptly according to department and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate care with medical staff, families, and outside agencies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance referrals and documentation requirements.
