Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) to join our team. This position is a split role between Malvern and Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, with a varied schedule across the two sites.

We provide occupational therapy for a wide age range from birth to 17, including involvement with Birth to Three Early Intervention. You will participate in a multidisciplinary team, with focus on evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program required.
• Minimum 3–6 months experience or new graduates considered based on education.
• PA OT license required upon hire; dual Delaware license expected.
• PE and state clearances (PA) required on hire; will be background checked.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire; maintained during employment.
• Membership in professional organizations (AOTA or state) preferred.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services across birth to 17 years.
• Complete timely documentation per department policy and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families for care planning.
• Coordinate with schools and home programs for transitions/discharge.
• Maintain licensure and participate in required training and compliance.
