Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Malvern, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) to join our busy Therapy team. The role covers pediatric evaluations and interventions for ages birth to 17, with clinic-based services and Birth to Three collaboration in Delaware.

The position requires a Master’s in OT (ACOTE-accredited), PA license, and a commitment to ongoing education, with BLS certification within 6 months. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited university.
• State license in Pennsylvania required upon hire.
• Dual Delaware license within 2 weeks of hire is expected.
• BLS/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Membership in AOTA or state association preferred.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to pediatrics and adolescents, birth to 17 years.
• Perform evaluations, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Educate families and coordinate care with medical staff and outside agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance referrals and authorization processes.
• Participate in weekend/holiday inpatient coverage when assigned.
