KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in the home setting. You’ll evaluate and treat clients, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support functional goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct occupational therapy for pediatric patients at home.
• Instruct patient and caregiver to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient progress and maintain records.
