Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing Kansas City-area pediatric clinic in Gladstone or Lee's Summit, MO. Play a key role in a busy outpatient setting with a caseload focused on young children and ASD.

You will have 1:1 sessions, strong team collaboration, and flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time). OpenEMR documentation and a supportive environment support professional growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist; COTA welcome.
• Interest in pediatric population and ASD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children ages 3–6, primarily with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions lasting 30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations typically around 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Document care using OpenEMR and manage daily caseload within clinic hours.
