Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide developmentally appropriate therapy for children ages 2–6. You will address fine and gross motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, and daily living activities within a naturalistic, family-centered framework.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists and other clinicians, integrating OT with the ESDM approach and engaging families to set practical goals for at-home carryover.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and active OT license.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children aged 2–6.
• Develop interventions for fine/gross motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists and other clinicians.
• Integrate OT goals with Soar’s ESDM approach.
• Partner with families to set practical, meaningful goals.
• Coordinate with RBTs to reinforce OT goals throughout the day.
