Job summary

Soar Autism Center in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support children aged 2–6 in a center-based early intervention setting. You’ll deliver developmentally appropriate OT services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The role integrates motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills within Soar’s ESDM-informed approach. You’ll partner with families to set meaningful goals and work with SLPs, BCBA, psychologists, and other clinicians to monitor

Qualifications

• OT requires Master’s or Doctorate in OT.
• Active OT license in the US.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate OT for children ages 2–6.
• Develop interventions targeting motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Conduct assessments and coordinate treatment with SLPs, BCBA, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate OT goals with Soar’s ESDM-based approach to early intervention.
• Support families to set meaningful, practical goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce goals throughout the day.
