Qualifications

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but we’re willing to talk with the right candidate
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required, unless grandfathered under the bachelor's accreditation transition
• Someone who enjoys working with children and families
• A team player who is comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from others

What You Can Expect

Pay and support

• $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff, up to $2,000 annually
