Job summary

Cole Health in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. Licensed OT with pediatric experience will enjoy flexible scheduling, mentorship, and strong professional growth opportunities, with on-site collaboration across OT, PT, and Speech Therapy.

You will work with a diverse pediatric caseload, participate in performance incentives, CE stipends, PTO, holidays, and retirement planning support, with a pathway to leadership or program development opportunities.

$70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience

Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
