Cole Health in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Bothell team. You will work with children and families, receive mentorship, and have dedicated time for paperwork while advancing your clinical skills.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary of $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus. Remote options are available for Washington residents.

Qualifications

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but we're willing to talk with the right candidate
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required, unless grandfathered under the bachelor's accreditation transition
• Someone who enjoys working with children and families
• A team player who is comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from others
