Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Services Supervisor to coordinate shift operations and provide clinical leadership for nursing and support staff, ensuring developmentally appropriate, high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with management to align with organizational goals, monitor staffing, throughput, safety, and quality indicators, and mentor staff in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience OR demonstrated competence in bedside nursing role.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patient populations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily clinical operational activities, ensuring quality family-centered care and an efficient work environment.
• Lead staffing processes, assign tasks according to patient needs and staff competencies, and monitor unit resources.
• Promote clinical leadership and staff development through mentoring and shared governance.
