Job summary

Grand Canyon University in St. Louis, MO, seeks a full-time Pediatric Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty member for the College of Nursing. You will reinforce didactic content and provide clinical instruction with labs, supporting student evaluation and progress in pediatric nursing.

Requires an MSN and active MO RN license, with teaching experience at the college level preferred. Travel to student clinical sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Pediatric clinical nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in MO or a compact state.
• Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces didactic content and teaches in clinical and lab settings for pre-licensure Nursing.
• Collaborates with faculty to evaluate and document student progress in clinical and lab objectives.
• Participates in grading written and Clinical/Lab performances and check-offs.
• Maintains compliance with program accreditation and university policies.
