Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in MO or compact state.
• Minimum 2 years’ medical-surgical nursing experience in the last 2 years.
• Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.

• Reinforces didactic content and teaches within clinical and lab contexts.
• Collaborates with content area faculty to evaluate and document student progress.
• Participates in grading written work and clinical/lab performance.
• Maintains communication with program faculty and director and attends faculty meetings as needed.
• Keeps current with trends and developments in nursing practice and accreditation requirements.
• Observes students in clinical sites as part of assessment.
