Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking a full-time Pediatric Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty member to reinforce didactic content through clinical and lab practice for pre-licensure nursing students. The role involves collaborating with faculty, evaluating student progress, and maintaining accreditation standards.

The candidate must hold an MSN, have at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, and be an AZ RN in good standing.

Qualifications

• MSN required for all applicants.
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience.
• Active AZ RN license in good standing.
• Prior collegiate teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to student clinical sites in Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce didactic content in clinical and lab settings.
• Collaborate with faculty to evaluate student progress toward clinical and lab objectives.
• Participate in grading written and clinical/lab performance.
• Maintain compliance with program accreditation.
