Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This role merges hands-on pediatric nursing with leadership, mentorship, and staff development to support pediatric clients and families.

You will lead a team of field nurses, conduct in-home assessments, and develop care plans while ensuring clinical standards and regulatory compliance across the service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience required.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Home care or home health experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide pediatric care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits across Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and development of nurses.
• Coordinate ongoing in-services and education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
