BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a Pediatric Home Care office in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role blends hands-on pediatric nursing with leadership, mentorship, and staff development to support families and clients.

The Clinical Manager will supervise field nurses, perform in-home assessments, and develop care plans while ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Strong communication and travel across the service area are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience required.
• Recent bedside nursing experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy/ventilator experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide pediatric care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits across Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to field nurses.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and development of staff.
• Coordinate ongoing in-services and education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
• Support quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.
