Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our St. Marys, PA Pediatric Home Care Office as Clinical Manager. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, mentoring field nurses and coordinating pediatric care.

You will lead staff, perform assessments, develop care plans, oversee implementation, and promote quality outcomes. The position offers weekday hours, bonus potential, paid weekly, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide pediatric care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout St. Marys and the surrounding communities.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
