Qualifications

Active Connecticut RN license.
7+ years of nursing experience in acute or outpatient settings.
2+ years in supervisory role.
CPR certification; eligible to obtain within 90 days.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral).
Knowledge of medications, population health and EHRs.
Strong leadership, mentoring and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and long shifts.

Responsibilities
