HSHS is seeking an Assistant Manager-Nursing for the Pediatrics department in Springfield, IL. This leadership role supports patient care, staffing, performance improvement, and workflow development on a night shift.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state, BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of acute RN experience with charge nurse exposure. BLS required; ACLS may be needed where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensure as an RN.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN in an acute setting.
• Experience as charge nurse or lead nurse preferred.

Responsibilities
