Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee (or residence state in Nurse Licensure Compact).
• 3 years of clinical experience required.
• 5 years experience in the health care industry.
• 2 years IDD experience for Katie Beckett (Select Community).
• Strong pediatric care experience and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of multiple complex pediatric members' needs.
• Conduct member visits including home visits and meet timelines.
• Perform new member visits and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and maintain Person-Centered Support Plans.
• Coordinate care with private insurance and Medicaid; ensure services are covered.
