Qualifications

• RN with active Tennessee license or comparable licensure under Nurse Licensure Compact

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of multiple complex pediatric members’ needs
• Conduct member home visits and other assessments within contract timelines
• Develop and maintain person-centered support plans
• Coordinate care with private insurance (TPL) and Medicaid to ensure services are covered
