Spring Branch Community Health Center seeks a Midlevel Pediatric Provider to join a collaborative team delivering primary health care to children from birth through 18 years. You will work under the Director of Pediatrics, review histories, educate families, and manage care per protocols while meeting productivity goals.

Requirements include an unrestricted TX APRN license with prescriptive authority, Doctorate or Masters in Nursing, 3 years pediatric APRN experience, BLS, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
• Doctorate or Master in Nursing
• 3 years pediatric APRN experience
• BLS certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Proficient with computers and EHR systems

Responsabilités

• Provides medical services for patients birth to 18 years, as delegated by the supervising Physician and CMO
• Prescribe medications and recommend other forms of treatment
• Maintains medical expertise and delivers quality primary care
• Examines, diagnoses, treats and refers patients as needed
• Maintains problem-oriented health records and timely charting (≤72 hours)
• Performs, orders, and interprets diagnostic studies
• Reviews labs and x-ray reports to guide care
• Educates patients and families and addresses questions
• Collaborates with Medical Director, Physicians, and staff to assess client needs
• Participates in policy review and safety programs; supports department leadership
• Fills in for other providers at other sites as needed
