Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• CPI or crisis intervention training preferred or required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to pediatric patients.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu and monitor behavior.
• Conduct routine safety checks and adhere to orders.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and assist with programming.
• Collaborate with treatment team and assist with discharge planning.
