Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field.
• 2 years mental health work experience required.
• Registered Behavioral Training and certification provided upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of mental health experience.
• 2 years inpatient mental health/crisis/emergency department experience preferred.
• 1+ EKG experience.

Responsibilities

• Active management of a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Coordinate routine safety checks and 1:1 high-acuity interventions.
• Lead complex crisis interventions and contribute to discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide pediatric-focused care.
