Job summary

Boston Children’s Health Physicians LLP is seeking a Medical Office Manager for the Greenwich, CT pediatric office. The role guides clinical and administrative operations, coordinates staff and schedules, and oversees billing and PCMH transition activities to ensure high-quality patient care.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with benefits including 401K, loan forgiveness, health and dental/vision insurance, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or human services or related field preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• NextGen EMR experience preferred.
• Medical Office Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a liaison between the office and other members of the medical neighborhood.
• Listen to staff concerns and solve problems as they arise.
• Speak with staff about disciplinary issues and escalate as needed.
• Hiring and termination within the practice.
• Coordinate maintenance projects for the office, including medical equipment.
• Schedule and attend monthly office medical home meetings.
• Attend BCHP managers' meetings quarterly.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for BCHP leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of patient-centered medical home transition and educate staff.
