Qualifications

• Formal or informal Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Experience with pediatric patients and a clinical setting.
• Ability to obtain laboratory samples and perform basic tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers and office operations.
• Greet and register patients as they arrive.
• Obtain medical history, vital signs, and intake.
• Prepare patients for X-rays and basic procedures.
• Assist with lab tasks including throat/urine tests and venipuncture.
• Support wound care and splinting as needed.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and reception area.
• Respond to emergencies and notify the medical team.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow policies.
