Pediatric Associates Family of Companies in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in pediatric care. You will perform intake, vitals, injections, specimen collection, and patient education under supervision, ensuring safety and high-quality care in a team-based medical home.

The role requires a high school diploma or MA certification, BLS, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of MA experience; sign-on bonus available for external hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience with MA Diploma/Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform intake vitals: height, weight, temp, BP, pulse, resp.
• Assist with examinations and documentation under clinician supervision.
• Document vaccines and medication info; provide patient education.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing as directed.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety; support care team.
