The CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team, serving as a resource and role model for staff. The role emphasizes admissions/discharges, quality assessment, staff training, scheduling, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient

Qualifications

• RN credential required.
• Associate Degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or instructor certification within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of care quality with management.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to improve outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
• Provides and coordinates training, performance evaluations, and discipline as required.
• Assists with inventory control and equipment management.
